You could win an animal encounter experience for one adult and two children at Askham Bryan Animal Park!

Askham Bryan Wildlife & Conservation Park is home to over 100 species of mammal, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish and invertebrates – many of which are threatened, from otters to goats and parrots to snakes.

Based with a large arboretum tree information trail in the middle the wildlife park is a family trip out with some unique residents.

Feed and meet some of the animals at the Wildlife Park.

The Animal Encounter experience will see you spend an hour with the park's education team, meeting, feeding and finding out some of the amazing facts about the animals they have at the Wildlife Park.

When you meet the education team they will go through a quick health and safety briefing before tailoring the experience to the animals available on that day and the animals of your choice.

Choose between meeting the armadillos, meerkats, goats, wallabies or an array of reptiles. There may be an opportunity to feed a couple more…

Experiences includes admission into the park and all participants must be at least 7yrs old.

Askham Bryan Wildlife & Conservation Park is open on weekends and during school holidays from 10am until 5pm.

The park team offer daily animal talks throughout the day by the education and keeper team. The keepers are always on hand to answer any questions you may also have about the animals.

The park café provides hot drinks and an array of sandwiches and is open 10am-3pm.

The children can burn off those sweet treats in the park's small Playground found on the wildlife park.

There is Free Car Parking on site.

• Prize is non-transferable.
• Prize cannot be exchanged for cash and no change given.

• Animal Encounter Experiences are usually available for 1 or 2 people from £50.00. Animal Encounter Experiences  last for approximately 1 hour and includes admission to the park. Participants must be at least 7 years old, and participants aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (one supervising adult admission included in price).
• If there are two under 16’s in the experience, they will need an accompanying adult. This adult admission will be included within the prize/price.
• It is not possible to go in with our Primate species, raccoons, raccoon dogs or Asian Short Claw Otters for health and safety reasons. We can however feed the lemurs and otters from outside the enclosure.
• This prize includes entrance to the wildlife park for day for those that attend the enclosure experience.
• Winner will be sent a Winner’s letter from This Is The Coast. The winner can then contact Askham Bryan Wildlife Park directly quoting winners letter to book Animal Experience.
