With an Eden Camp Family Pass you can embark on a family-friendly adventure to Eden Camp Modern History Theme Museum, where you'll be taken on a journey back in time to explore the sights, sounds, and even the smells of what life was like on both the Home Front and Front Line during the Second World War.

Situated in the original building and grounds of a Prisoner of War camp, families will discover personal tributes and unique stories through immersive displays covering various aspects such as The Blitz, the Street at War (with rationing and fashions), the Home Guard, Evacuation, the Battle of Britain, and VE & VJ Day in the first half of the museum.

The second half covers world conflicts and battles, including World War One and Two, as well as the role played by British military forces worldwide since 1945.

The Eden Camp Gift Shop and catering facilities are provided in the NAAFI Cafe, Officers Tea-rooms and Garrison Cinema Bar. There’ s also a Junior Assault course and play area where new recruits and would be Commandos can let off steam (weather permitting).

Eden Camp is open from 10am until 5.00pm, 7 days a week from 23 March to 3 November 2024 with free on-site car and coach parking is available. Plan for at least three to four hours for an average visit, and rest assured, they are dog friendly.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This is the Coast will make "Code Cracker Phone Calls" to pre-registered contestants between July 15th and 19th 2024. The calls will be made between 0700 and 1800 daily and will be broadcast on This is the Coast.
• The presenter will ask for the secret code word. If the the contestant replies with "Enigma" they will win a family pass to Eden Camp. If they get the code word wrong or don't know it then they will not win and another contestant will be called.
• Phone calls must be answered within 30 seconds. If a call is not answered within 30 seconds then another contestant will be selected instead.
• Registrations open on July 1st and close at 3pm UK time on July 19th.
• Prize is an Eden Camp family ticket for 2 adults and up to 3 children.
• Winners will be sent a letter from This Is The Coast with code to redeem prize online at www.edencamp.co.uk.
• Prize valid for one entry.
• Prize must be used before 03/11/2024
• Valid for special events.  
• Prize is non-transferable.
• Prize cannot be exchanged for cash and no change given.
