Roads are still treacherous along the Yorkshire Coast this morning and buses have been cancelled as a result of the snow.
Staxton Hill is CLOSED this morning.
Bridlington has very slow traffic on the A165 either side of town. The A614 is slow between the coast and Driffield. Marton Road is also very slow.
The deceased cow partially blocking the A165 has now been moved and Reighton Bypass is moving fine again.
The A171 is very slow between Cloughton and Whitby with callers reporting cars travelling very slow and some turning round due to icey road conditions. The A169 over the moors is slow and difficult in places.
This is the scene on The Esplanade in Scarborough this morning.

Stephen from Egton Bridge called to say roads round the village were frozen solid.
