
Coronavirus rates are rising across North Yorkshire with six of the county’s seven districts seeing an increase in cases.
Only the Scarborough borough's coronavirus infection rate is bucking the trend as its level per 100,000 has remained at 16 for the second day running, the third lowest rate behind Ryedale and Richmondshire.
The averages for North Yorkshire and England are both also rising have jumped to 26 and 48 respectively from 23 and 44 yesterday.
Selby has the highest rate in North Yorkshire once more with a figure of 41, followed by Harrogate and Hambleton which are both on 32.
Mobile testing facilities will be available in Whitby, Scarborough and Filey this week for anyone with symptoms to get tested.

William Street Coach Park in Scarborough is also still offering testing seven days a week from 8am until 8pm.
