The seven day infection rate for the borough has increased slightly for the second day in a row.
While most areas of North Yorkshire continue to show falls in the seven day infection rate numbers there has been an increase in the numbers reported for the Scarborough borough for a second day in a row.
The borough's seven day rate now stands at 228 cases per 100,000 people up from 224 yesterday.
The overall North Yorkshire figure has fallen to 303 and the all England figure is down to 467.
The increases for the coast come as North Yorkshire Police figures show that once again the Scarborough Borough saw more COVID rule breach fines issued last week than anywhere else in the York and North Yorkshire, with the majority of the fines issued in the borough given to local people holding house parties.
