Whitby Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an altercation in the town.
It happened on Church Street at around 11:30am on Saturday 17 June 2023 and involved three men – two aged in their 40s and one aged in his 20s.
One of the men sustained minor injuries during the incident but did not require medical treatment.
Officers are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or the events leading up to it to get in touch saying:

Two men were arrested in connection with the incident and have been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
