New State of the Art Vehicles for North Yorkshire Police

North Yorkshire police say they have invested in an extensive new fleet of cars and motorbikes to ensure they have the very best tools to help with the fight against crime in the county.

The new vehicles include both marked and unmarked hi performance cars which are equipped with multiple cameras capable of streaming footage in real time to the force control room.

Assistant Chief Constable Elliot Foskett features in a video released by the force highlighting the benefits of the new fleet.

Introducing you to our brand-new, state-of-the-art fleet 🚔 We’ve recently invested in an extensive new fleet of cars and motorbikes to ensure that we have the very best tools to help with our fight against crime in North Yorkshire and York. If you’re thinking of committing a crime in our area, then be aware, you will come up against several high-performance vehicles which are being driven by experienced roads policing officers. These vehicles are now in use 24-7, so if you’re using North Yorkshire’s 6000 miles of road then keep your eyes peeled. Our Assistant Chief Constable, Elliot Foskett explains why this was such an important investment for us.

North Yorkshire Police say:
