
Whitby Town, Scarborough Athletic and Bridlington Town were all beaten away from home on Saturday.
Whitby Town lost a bad-tempered clash at Morpeth Town 2-0 to remain outside the play-off positions. A goal late in each half settled the tie which featured ten yellow cards and a late sending off for the home side. Brad Fewster had a consolation disallowed for offside late on.

Scarborough Athletic were also denied, despite a bright showing at title-chasing South Shields. The Mariners struck just before half-time with the only goal of the game.
