Jane Tomlinson’s Run For All will take over organising the ever-popular and well established McCain Yorkshire Coast 10K and Fun Run in 2025 in partnership with Scarborough Athletic Club.
The Yorkshire Coast 10k was previously managed wholly by the athletics club, from 2025 Run For All will take on the responsibility of delivering the event to complement and enhance its current event offering, with McCain Foods continuing to act as main sponsor.

The McCain Yorkshire Coast 10K will return to the town on 19th October 2025, with entries opening 1st June 2025 at 7am – the same date and time as previous years. Participants looking to be involved can register their interest at ps://www.runforall.com/events/10k/yorkshire-coast-10k/ now.
Starting and finishing at Scarborough Spa, 2025 event day logistics and operations will remain the same as previous years, providing participants with a familiar and well received experience along with familiar faces of the club volunteers who play an essential part of delivery.
With organisers expecting thousands of runners once again, long term partners McCain Foods who have supported for the last 15 years will continue to be the title sponsor of the action-packed weekend, comprising of the 10K and Fun Run, alongside the 5K which saw its inaugural launch in 2024.
Run for All are pledging to maintain the sustainable fundamentals of the previous events, participants will continue to receive a slate medal and have a sponsored tree planted in the UK, in partnership with McCain Foods and Treesnottees.
With the ethos of delivering events accessible to all, Run For All and Scarborough Athletic will be encouraging entrants of all abilities and ages to walk, jog or run, promoting inclusivity regardless of physical ability.
