Extended Route for Scarborough's Beachcomber Open Top Buses

Scarborough's open top Beachcomber buses are going to be running more frequently this summer and with a longer route.

East Yorkshire Buses say the plan is to restart the service on April16th.

The route will be extended to take passengers to more of the towns attractions.

Ben Gilligan is the company's area director, he thinks there will be a lot of demand for the service this year.

East Yorkshire Buses say they plan to restart the service on April 16th when its expected more people will be able to visit the coast.

Ben Gilligan says the extended route to Alpamare and the Sealife Centre help more visitors get to the towns attractions.

The Bridlington Beachcomber service will also return in April with more buses between Bridlington and Flamborough
