Extra support is being provided in the East Riding to help people struggling with the cost of living crisis.
The county's Director of Public Health - Andy Kingdom - says the council is expecting to see a big increase in the number of people needing financial help over the coming months.
Foodbanks in the East Riding have also received over £120,000 of support in the last few months and the number of families taking up free school meals has also increased.
Andy Kingdom says supporting people to get access to food is a key priority.
