Police have clocked two separate vehicles travelling at around 100mph on the Yorkshire Coast's roads this weekend.
On Friday, North Yorkshire Police say a vehicle was recorded overtaking on solid white lines and travelling at 103mph on the A165 near Filey.
Officers say
This stretch of road has a speed limit of 60mph. The driver will hear from us soon where they will need to explain their actions in court..
Then on Saturday, a vehicle was recorded travelling at 96mph on the A171 near Whitby. Again this stretch of road has a speed limit of 60mph.
Traffic officers say
