
Folkton & Flixton are well-set to join Scarborough and Driffield in Yorkshire Premier North, the latter two met in a derby clash, on Saturday.
Driffield Town won the toss at North Marine Road and put their hosts in to bat.
Gihan Maligaspe Koralage held Scarborough's innings together with 98 as Boro stumbled to 215 all out, with three balls to spare of their 50 overs.
Methusan Thilina took 4/53.
In reply, Driff looked to be cruising towards their target at 188/3.
However, they collapsed to 210/8 and needed opener Alec Drury to bat through for an unbeaten 128 to carry them over the line, by two wickets, in the penultimate over.
Koralage matched Thilina's bowling figures.
