As 2023 comes to an end, Boro chairman Trevor Bull has been looking back on an eventful period in the club's short history.
The Seadogs missed out on a play-off place in their first season in National North in May.
They then completed a number of ground improvements at the Flamingo Land Stadium, over the summer, including a new fanzone.
Scarborough Athletic made the FA Cup First Round for the first-ever time in November.
They led Forest Green of League Two until the closing seconds at home, before losing 5-2 in a midweek replay.
However, drama followed as the Gloucestershire club were found to have named an ineligible player and a third tie was demanded by the FA, back at The Flamingo Land Stadium.
Boro lost 4-2 but impressed many with their efforts- with the off-field delays, they knew a win would secure a trip to Blackpool followed by a potential visit to Premier League Nottingham Forest in round 3.
