Bridlington RNLI station is set to great the 2023 RNLI-911 Challenge today in a bid to help raise funds for a new D-class lifeboat for the relief fleet.
Belinda and James Richardson (a retired couple from London) have been big fans of the RNLI for over 20 years.
They are visiting 116 lifeboat stations in England, the Channel Islands and the Isles of Wight,Scilly and Man, in their Porsche super car, over the course of 23 days and will arrive in the town just after 9am.

They will be arriving at Bridlington RNLI (Station number 53 of the tour) this morning at 9:11am before visiting Flamborough's RNLI station and then heading up the north coast.
The fundraiser has raised over £70,000 towards the brand new 'D' Class Lifeboat.
Bob Taylor says that the region seven Porsche owners club will be in attendance to support the event.
