Filey will be playing host to the Trackrod Rally this weekend with a ceremonial start event taking place this evening.
Rally cars will be gathering at the country park this evening before setting off along Filey seafront for a night stage through Dalby Forest.
The town will also be providing the finish line for the event tomorrow afternoon.
Clerk of the Course - Lloyd Walker - says they have a bumper entry for this years event.
Filey will be the Rally HQ throughout the event and will play host to both the start and finish of the Trackrod Rally.
The event will see around 180 cars taking part in various rally stages with the finish on Filey Seafront tomorrow afternoon.
Lloyd Walker says the cars will assemble around 6:20 this evening.

The Trackrod Rally Yorkshire will be one of the most significant gravel rallies in the UK this season as the only rally to include rounds of the British Rally Championship, the British Historic Rally Championship and the BTRDA Rally Series.
The highly respected rally is always among the best organised events on the UK rally calendar and will retain a compact route starting and finishing in Filey and taking in all single-use stages on gravel. The Trackrod will mark the only visit of the season to the classic Yorkshire forest stages in the Dalby complex for three major rally championships.
As last year, the event will feature three key elements. Rally Yorkshire will run over nearly 60 stage miles and is round six of the British Rally Championship, while the Trackrod Historic Cup is round six of the Fuchs British Historic Rally Championship. Running over 45 stage miles will be the Trackrod Forest Stages will be the penultimate round of the BTRDA Rally Series.
Other championships that are part of the event are the Motorsport UK English Rally Championship, the HRCR Motoscope Northern Historic Rally Championship, the ANECCC SG Petch Stage Rally Championship, ANCC Stage Rally Championship, the Bowler Defender Challenge, the ANWCC Forest Rally Championship and the MINI Rally Challenge.
The route will include a 12-mile stage in Dalby in the darkness of Friday evening. As well as the BRC and BHRC contenders, the Bowlers and MINIs will run on Friday evening. On Saturday, the Trackrod Forest Stages will cover a full 45 miles as round seven of the BTRDA Rally Series, with no double usage of stages on Saturday.
The MINI Rally Challenge is an addition to the 2023 rally and crews will tackle the opening stage on Friday evening as well as the first loop of stages on Saturday before finishing at lunch time.
