Teenagers Abi and Evi handed over another cheque to the volunteer crew of the Bridlington RNLI as the pair continue to collect for their adopted charity.
Abi Holmes and Evi Pattison aged 14 from West Yorkshire visited the Bridlington RNLI voluntary crew on Sunday in order to hand over a cheque for £3085.00 from recent collections that included setting up shop at Baildon's farmers' market. The market is rated as one of the best in the UK, and the best in Yorkshire. The following day they then set up shop on the street to sell their left-over stock.
The amazing duo are regular visitors to Bridlington RNLI and with the last cheque handed over on Sunday along with many other fundraising activities, the girls have now raised a grand total of £11,416.85.
Bob Taylor, Lifeboat Water Safety Officer, RNLI Bridlington said
‘We are so proud of these two, they have worked so hard on their fundraising. They visit Bridlington with their parents regularly and adopted Bridlington Lifeboats as their chosen charity and we are so glad they did, we are really grateful.’
