We are bringing Special Olympics Swim Gala to Scarborough for people with a learning disability

This is an amazing event for Scarborough, most cities don't host Special Olympics!
There will be over 100 swimmers with a learning disability in attendance from clubs from all over England. It also involves nearly 100 volunteers.
It is kindly officiated by Kingfishers Swimming Group, hosted by Scarborough Disabled Swimming Group and supported by Everyone Active and North Yorkshire Council.
It is an all day event, with special guests, various races and opportunities.
We very much hope this is picked up by the media and they support us in our 50th year celebrations since Scarborough Disabled Swimming Group started.
