This is a series of inclusive fitness circuit classes aimed at Neurodiverse attendees, as part of our I.Active programme. The classes are led by an experienced instructor for 45mins in the Sports Hall at Scarborough Sports Village.
What do we mean Neurodiverse attendees? This could include (but not limited to) people with the following dignoses:
Autism
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
Tourette's syndrome
Various learning disabilities
