Everyone can experience the excitement of power boating
Wetwheels Yorkshire
Launched locally in 2018, Wetwheels Yorkshire is the fifth regional operator for the national disability power boating charity, Wetwheels Foundation. They are based in Whitby and operate across the region, bringing the joy and excitement of power boating to every disabled person along the Yorkshire coast.
These fully accessible experiences allow participants not only to be passengers but also to take the helm as the skipper. Everyone gets the chance to drive! It's an unforgettable experience for individuals of all abilities.
Paddy had a tour on Wetwheels Yorkshire speaking to Skipper Pete Richardson. You can have a go on the boat yourself this Saturday… https://www.thisisthecoast.co.uk/news/local-news/wetwheels-yorkshire-opening-up-boat-for-armed-forces-day/
