The Community Furniture Store in Scarborough is a charity with three main goals – the provision of affordable, or free, furniture, household appliances and IT equipment. Preservation of the environment through reuse. And offering volunteering/work opportunities to the long term unemployed or disadvantaged.
The store relies on donations of reusable furniture, appliances, and other household items. They offer a delivery and collection service within the local area. All collections are free.
